We understand that travel needs can arise at any time. That’s why Crosstown Car Services offers rides from 3:30 am until 11:30 pm 7 days a week. To ensure you can count on us for early Departures and late night Arrivals, we will wait if your flight is delayed and attempt to rebook a ride if your flight is cancelled. We will drop you off from the Commercial Lane on the TSA/Departures Level 3 of the Terminal and pick you up from your Arrival in the new garage immediately adjacent to the Terminal exit on Level One. Availability and Pricing
The Minimum Base Fare starts at $65 for local Round Trips and One Way to BNA. Cash, Credit Card or Venmo are accepted.
The Minimum Fare between 6:30 am and 8:30 pm is $65.
Before 6:30 am is $85.
8:30pm - 11:30 pm arrival time at BNA the fare is $90. $10 more for each hour after 11:30pm exiting BNA.

The Service capabilities exceed those of Rideshare because all trips are pre arranged by text or phone and Airport drop offs occur adjacent to the Terminal. The Lexus is commercially insured and the driver is Licensed with Metro and holds an Airport permit. Your driver will book your trip for your requested date, time, and location. You will receive a text as confirmation of your Booking at the quoted Fare. Your driver will then arrive on the day and at the time of your booking. The driver's familiarity with roads, routes and changing traffic patterns will assure that you arrive at your destination on time.
Directions to Arriving Pick Ups
From the Baggage Claim Elevator 2 which is opposite Carousel 5, go down to Level One. Look for National Car Rental. Exit the Terminal. DO NOT CROSS THE DRIVEWAY. Do not follow the crowd. Make an immediate Right. See the sign above you for Taxis- Limos. Follow the sidewalk to where Taxis are queuing up. Turn right again to enter the Garage
